Since all of Garrett County's industrial and business parks are Maryland-designated Enterprise Zones, it's the perfect place and time for your business.  But it won't be available forever.

In addition, the County has 4 commercial pads (ranging from 3.384 to 4.305 acres) available in the Garrett County Public Works' Complex on Francis Sanders Drive (off MD Route 135 behind 84 Lumber) in Mt. Lake Park.  Pads are situated beyond, and utilities stop at, the end of the pavement.

There are also suites available in the Garrett Information Enterprise Center (GIEC), a business technology incubator located on the Garrett College campus.  In addition, the County has two buildings available in our industrial parks, as well as available office space in the Simon Pearce building.

Additionally, there are other commercial sites and buildings owned by private individuals and/or developers throughout the County.

Check out the links below for more specific information on all of the available properties to see if one may be a perfect match for your business.
