Potomac Edison to Sponsor Manufacturing Workshop

A FREE workshop, sponsored by Potomac Edison will help industrial and manufacturing customers improve their competitiveness through low-cost power quality (PQ) solutions, efficiency applications and advanced manufacturing technologies.
 
Experts from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) will provide information on Power Quality and techniques to be more resilient to power system anomalies, review ways to make facilities more efficient, and provide an understanding of how technical modernization and advanced manufacturing developments can increase productivity.
 
The workshop - Power Quality, Advanced Manufacturing & Improving Efficiency - will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Hagerstown Community College, Elliott Conference Center, 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown.  This event will include optional tours of Hagerstown Community College's STEM Building & Manufacturing Classes immediately following the workshop.
 
Attendees interested in earning continuing education credits will qualify for four (4) Professional Development Hour (PDH) credits.
