TEDCO Announces Request for Applications Agriculture and Rural Rebuild (ARR) Challenge
The Challenge was created to assist MD's rural and agricultural businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 and associated economic downturn. TEDCO will award grants up to $200K per project.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Application Deadline Extended Through May 31st
The legislation gives small businesses and nonprofits in need an additional sixty (60) days in which to apply for the PPP.

SBA Raising Maximum Loan Limit for EIDL Program
The loan limit is being raised from 6-months of economic injury with a maximum loan amount of $150,000 to up to 24-months of economic injury with a maximum loan amount of $500,000.

Maryland RELIEF Act Sales and Use Tax Credit
The allowed credit is equal to the lesser of the amount of sales and use tax collected during the month the vendor qualifies for the increased credit or $3,000, not to exceed $9,000 in 3 months.
