Comptroller of Maryland:

 
The Maryland Comptroller has a WEBPAGE dedicated to information contained in the Maryland RELIEF Act of 2021. The webpage contains information on the Sales and Use Tax Credit for March, April, and May 2021, RELIEF Act Grants and Loans, and more.
 
There is also a WEBPAGE dedicated to providing important information on the agency's response to COVID-19. That page provides additional information on tax filing extensions, tax alerts, tax credits, etc.
 

Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA): 

 
The CDFA has launched a new COVID-19 Resource Center to serve as a central hub of everything the development finance world is doing to mitigate the impacts of COVID-19. The Resource Center includes a State Response Map, which has financing programs and related headlines for all 50 states, information on CDFA's Comprehensive Recovery Strategy, up-to-the-minute news, federal, state and local resources, and more.
 


Maryland Agricultural and Resource-Based Industry Development Corporation (MARBIDCO):

 
MARBIDCO has five new grant programs to provide immediate pandemic adjustment and economic development assistance to agricultural and rural businesses in Maryland. With this newly available funding, MARBIDCO is offering the following grant programs:

Maryland Department of Commerce:

 
The Maryland Department of Commerce will provide funding through three new programs targeting specific groups of businesses. These programs will be administered by Commerce, which expects to accept applications from March 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to April 6, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. 
 
Funding will be extremely limited and may ultimately result in approval on a first-come, first-served basis. The application process will be open for a limited period (March 30, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to April 6, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.), and Commerce anticipates substantial interest in this programs.
 
Small Business COVID RELIEF Grant Program:  The grant offers working capital to assist certain Maryland small businesses with disrupted operations due to COVID-19. Grant assistance is intended to provide interim relief complementing actions with its bank, business interruption insurance, and financial partners. 
 
Small, Minority and Women Owned Business Administration COVID RELIEF Program:  The Tri-County Council for Western Maryland will oversee the distribution of these funds. For additional information on this program, please contact:

Commuter and Shuttle Bus COVID RELIEF Grant Program:  This fund will support Maryland commuter and shuttle bus companies facing continued financial impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic.  The grant is directed to those companies that were impacted by reduction of routes by the Maryland Transit Administration. 
 

Maryland State Arts Council:

 
The Maryland State Arts Council has an Emergency Grant Program for Maryland's independent artists who have sustained losses because of programing, operations, and events that have been modified or canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Information on the program can be FOUND HERE. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2021.
